An Audience Engineer is certified to build, run and integrate Blinklink Skills and Social workspaces. The certification is for partner teams and the customer success people who run video programs for their clients.

Operate the platform day to day.

- Personalize content and feeds for each audience
- Turn internal updates into videos, and requirements into skills deployed into live training
- Engage and train workforces and partner networks
Advanced Audience Engineer
Everything above, plus integration and deployment.
- Basic integration with client systems
- Deployment, including private instances
- Embedding feeds in client sites, portals and apps

Who should get certified?
Partner staff who run Blinklink for clients, and the customer success people clients call about video. Not every deployment needs a dedicated Audience Engineer.
Can the certification carry our brand?
No. Audience Engineer is always a Blinklink certification, so it means the same thing at every partner.
What does the advanced level add?
Basic integration with client systems and deployment, including private instances.
